The Rae of Sunshine Foundation was established in 2015 out of a deep willingness to help and support youth that have been afflicted with financial hardship due to no fault of their own.  We serve families touched by a life-threatening illness, youth in foster care or group homes and at risk youth affected by trauma or other life circumstances. 

By providing funding and a leg up to youth in need, we are able to build self-esteem, a sense of being valued and security.  With our help, they are better able to focus on things they can control such as schoolwork, interacting with their peers and processing their emotions.
